04.Development Impact Review
90 minutes online - Independent review of how developments may affect local infrastructure, services, transport, and community capacity. For residents, community groups, and stakeholders assessing whether supporting infrastructure is proportionate and realistic. Includes review of planning information, discussion of gaps and cumulative effects, plus a follow‑up summary email. Not formal engineering, legal, or regulated planning advice.
